Kayley graduated from McGill University’s physiotherapy program, where she played varsity rugby. She continued her education at the University of Ottawa, graduating with a master’s degree in Applied Human Kinetics, specializing as a Mental Performance Consultant. To further develop her skills in sporting environments, Kayley then obtained a master’s degree at Western University in Advanced Health Care Practice, with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Medicine, where she earned her Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy.

Kayley’s physiotherapy practice is rooted in a movement-based approach and empowering others to reach their full potential. She is passionate about working with all movers, including the every day exerciser, the aspiring athletes and the high performer.

Whether helping individuals recover from an injury, enhance performance, or simply find meaningful ways to move, Kayley strives to create supportive and enriching environments that feed motivation, grows confidence and fosters autonomy.

Kayley also values the importance of connecting both mental and physical components of rehabilitation and ultimately believes that exercising both the body and the mind are keys to optimizing performance in sport and in life.
